Birth Doula
As your birth doula, I help set the stage for a birth guided by baby and mama. Birth is a chance for you to shine! It is also a formative time for baby’s relationship with you and the world. My goal is for you and your partner to feel empowered to make this special event yours.
My birth doula package includes:
- At least two preparatory visits with you and your partner
- Unlimited phone & email access for questions and concerns
- Guidance in creating your birth plan and understanding your options
- Resources and referrals to help you access additional support
- On-call for your birth from two weeks before your estimated delivery date
- Support during your birth (including birthing postions and massage)
- Postpartum follow-up and visit

Postpartum Doula
In the weeks and months after birth, rest and connection with your little one are your most important jobs. As your postpartum doula, I support your emotional and physical well-being, so you can smoothly transition into motherhood.
In regularly scheduled house visits, I can:
- Offer a compassionate ear and balanced awareness of what’s normal
- Prepare nourishing meals
- Provide basic breastfeeding latch support
- Show you baby massage techniques
- Perform light housekeeping and errands
- Support you in organizing visitors and asking for help from friends and family
- Connect you to resources and services to support your specific needs
- Nurture you to be the amazing mama that you are!

Mama Massage
Take care of body, soul and spirit with prenatal and postpartum massage. My style is integrative, and can incorporate deep tissue or gentle strokes, stretches and range-of-motion movements to release physical and emotional tension. Enjoy in the comfort of your own home!
Mama Walks
Nature walks for pregnant and new mamas. Connect with other mamas while enjoying nature and learning tips for relaxation and centering.
Pre-walking little ones are welcome. (I recommend wearing your baby in a carrier.)
The theme of the next Mama Walk is Understanding Baby’s Signals. Have you ever found yourself baffled by baby, wishing you had a translator? Or do you wish you could have pointers to help you communicate when baby arrives? Bring your questions, and receive feedback in a mama-centered community.
The next Mama Walk will be Monday, March 15, 1-2:30, in Orinda (also convenient to Berkeley, El Cerrito and Piedmont).

Pre-registration is required, as each walk is limited to 6 mamas. Registration is $12 when you prepay; $15 when you pay the day of the walk.
Please note: Rain happens, and births do, too! I am a birth doula, which means that sometimes I am on call for a birth. If it rains, or if my client goes into labor, and I am unable to hold a scheduled Mama Walk, I will contact the registered mamas as early as possible. A reschedule date will be set. If the reschedule date doesn’t work for you, you may also make up the walk on another future date.

Rates
Sliding scale: I want my work to be available to those who it will benefit. If you want my services and cannot pay these rates, please contact me with your interest, your situation, and how much you are willing to offer. I am also open to trade for your services.
Birth Doula Package: $500 Contact for Doula Services
Postpartum Doula Services: $25/hr Contact for Doula Services

Mama Walks: $12 prepay/$15 pay day of walk (Registration required)
