How can I live a life from connection when I’ve grown up in a culture of disconnection?
Surrounded by the beauty of nature, deepen your connections with self, others, spirit and world.
Each workshop, I will guide an intimate group in exploring an East Bay (San Francisco Bay Area) nature site, and unfolding a new aspect of the connected life. Through group discussion, meditation-in-action, and deep personal insight, you will discover connection through being connection.

The next Connections in Nature Workshop will focus on cultivating heart-centered connection. Experience the stillness and simple pleasure of perceiving nature from your heart space. Take home techniques to use in your everyday life. (Read more about this theme in my newsletter.)

Where: East Bay nature location will be influenced by participants’ hiking comfort. Meeting point will be communicated to those who register. I will facilitate carpooling connections as needed.

Sliding Scale Available - I want my work to be available to those who it will benefit. If you want to join this workshop and cannot pay the rates, please contact me with your interest, your situation, and how much you are willing to offer. I am also open to trade for your services.
